What is hypnosis?

Hypnosis is a natural, altered state of consciousness, in which the conscious mind is bypassed and the deeper, subconscious mind is accessed. In this state the amazing power of visualization and suggestion, given by your hypnotist, can be harnessed to produce real, deep-seated change.

Hypnosis is a state of mental and physical relaxation, along with a more focused sense of concentration. Hypnosis is not sleep... in fact, most people find they are more aware of smells, sounds and feelings than usual. They are also more open to suggestion.

For readings -- you can book as often as you need it. Usually clients book 2 or 3 reading session a year.
For Chakra cleansing and balancing -- I would recommend at least once a month or once every second month. I offer discount for 5 sessions.
For hypnotherapy -- as needed.
