Adult Trauma Healing Sessions

We all are participants in soul taking at some level. That unusable energy that taker is burdened with, slows down the process of the taker. The one who lost the soul is missing the source of vitality.

Also, when we experience trauma, a part of us splits off so that "we" can't go on in our lives. This experience happens:

  • when a loved one dies,
  • after an accident,
  • rape or incest,
  • abusive relationships at various ages.

    • These parts of ourselves are still 'stuck' in the past, and they are buried so deep within us. They make themselves known when we are once again in fear and/or trauma. Our 'current Self' can rationalize but is controlled through the emotions of our 'lost Self'.

    We may feel locked into destructive patterns but feel weak and powerless to move away.

    These 'Soul parts' live in a parallel existence - in non-ordinary worlds, trapped in non-ordinary reality and are fearful.

    Symptoms of a split apart:

  • In Shock,
  • Not all there,
  • Feel that a part of you is missing,
  • Gap in memory,
  • Chronic depression,
  • Can be physical illness.
